Return & Refund Policy

At Stepboxy, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Cancellations must be requested via email or phone during business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, Monday-Friday)
  • Refunds for canceled orders typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days
  • Orders that have already entered the shipping process cannot be canceled

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact and included
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided
  • Certain items (marked as non-returnable on the product page) are exempt from returns

Refunds
