The fully serviceable triple-bearing system consists of a LSL self-lubricating bushing, a needle bearing, and an industrial roller bearing. Quad seals keep the internals remain dry in any conditions. The dual-sided clip-in system is compatible with classic SPD cleats. The retention system has an adjustable spring tension to fine-tune entry and release, while offering 5 degrees of free float.
